Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital products including but not limited to software, digital downloads, online courses, e-books, and other digital content. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. Please ensure that you carefully review the product details, specifications, and system requirements before making a purchase.

Physical Products: For some physical products, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact. We do not accept returns on earrings at this time unless it is due to shipping damage. 

A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be presented.
The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and insuring the returned item, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
